Why "Gabriel's Mask"?

Because we, as human beings, love to carry around, and we are curious... Sometimes we're scared and make up lies about your life... like your name, living, nationality, stuff... sometimes, we love to be loved... not to be alone... someone said "If your life's crap, it will give you lizards"... I don't know about the lizard thing but, it's inspiring.
We as lovers, hide secrets of our past lifes... and save them into our mask of memories. So take your mask off, and tell everyone who you are... or so, get your favorite mask, and show people how special you are. Sometime we don't know if we like to have a mask or not, it is ok to wear them... but use them wisley. "Wearing this mask will make me happy, the mask of all our ancestors", "The Majora's mask is a hollowed mask, the ones who wears it, loses his or her life, unless someone with a pure heart beats the dark magic of Majora... but Majora will always live to take another body". Thats all I got to say.

Last January's Sunday

There's nothing like waking up while it rains :D, it just make me happy, Don't you?. Well, tomorrow monday I have to present a monologue :/, it's a pain in the butt, and I rejected almost every friend's requests today to go out, like movies, a party, because I need to concentrate on my monologue, because it's my final ating exam, in other words, the most diffiult test. Don't you get angry sometime because you didn't study for a test and then regret yourself for wasting time? that's how I feel now. But it's raining, and there's nothing more romantic and happy to see the flowers getting hit by the pouring rain. But today was tiring... I guess, my monologue, I played Zelda on my computer, the Ocarina of Time, while I was running around Goron City, I got a flashback :D, I remember once when I got hit by a Goron, and fell on the last floor, I died, and me and my neighbor laugh non-stop... haven't you got a flashback by doing old stuff when you were old?.. that should be the question of the week xD. So have fun tomorrow, tomorrow's the last day of January of 2011... Remember Valentine's Day... well, I'm gonna remember and HATE valentine's day of 2011. Because I have my drama exams on February 14th T-T... well I hope you enjoy it...

The Theater's Mask - "The Night Just Before the Forests"

"The Night Just Before the Forests" was the play I saw yesterday with my friends from Fine Artes. Adapted for 3 characters by "El teatro de los oficios". It was a very interesting, vulgar, funny and entertaining. The cursed a lot, but that didn't stoped me xD. The scenic area was different than normal, I'm gonna give you a map of how was it... I don't own any drawing or programs such as Photoshop... so I'm gonna do it on Paint :P.
The scenery's kinda like this:

The red areas are the scenic are, the grey areas are the chairs, and there are 2 Benches where the characters sat and do lots of stuff. The 2 squares were used, but only at the start, it was open by side, but a long cloth covered it. Ok, at first when the public came and sat, all 3 characters were standing in the middle. When the music stopped, two of the characters went to the squares and the bold one sat on the bench on the right. Then the play started :P. There was a lot of movement, but still, I enjoy it.

This are the people who acted in this play, I also know each one of them. They are teachers from Drama School of Fine Arts of Dominican Republic. From left to right: Ivan Mejía, Richardson Días & Pedro Sierra. All actors from the theater group "El teatro de los oficios".

Their trademark's so original. It is also kind of sad and slave. But's mah point of view. See yaa!

A Look-In Interesting to Smashing Pumpkins?

I was playing Rock Band 2 the other day with some of my friends, and I noticed "Today - Smashing Pumpkins", when I heard the song I wanted to download it on my PC, then I heard other songs like "Cherub Rock", "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" & "1979", I got the felling of a band from the 90's, cuz I was a Nirvana fan & I knew it was from the 90's, by the popular need for screaming and shredding the guitar like that (I'm refering myself to Bullet with Butterfly Wing), but when I noticed Cherub Rock, it felt like Nirvana but less noisy, & I could concentrate on the guitar riffs & even searched the song tab to play it on my guitar. I felt a mass of movement like the first time I heard Nirvana on MTV, then I went to my friend's house to play Rock Band, because I wanted to search more songs from the 90's. It is a good idea to look for the Guitar Hero and Rock Band songs, I was happy when I saw "Let There Be Rock" by "AC/DC" & even "Living on a Prayer" by "Bon Jovi", I used to listen to this kind of music every day with my father 6 years ago (he's still alive by the way). But I got this weird conmotion when I saw the name "Smashing Pumpkins", the way how to shred the guitar, every part of the song got me inspired to do very interesting stuff, I got inspired to write down a paragraph of a song :3. Smashing Pumpkins is kind of new to me, cuz I might heard a song before, but don't remember.


Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream... I like this album cover, it made me to cry a little bit, apparently don't know the reason why, but heck, it's inspiring.


I was searching about how they looked, Smashing Pumpkins was a trio on the album Adore... it's kind of black and emo... well... just a song xD, but Rocktoon made a Good job.

Hello, first Blog here!

Hiya, glad to make my firts blog... or whatever is it called, I'm Gabriel, ready to make better my life phases on this new year 2011. I started a blog to interact, read and many more. Um, what can I say??? I'm a teenager, I live in the Dominican Republic, I know English & Spanish, I have 2 years playing guitar, I love acting, so thats why I'm in acting school of Fine Arts. I love music, lots of my favorite bands are from the 70's, 80's and the 90's, I can say that my favorites are "Queen", "The Beatles", "AC/DC", "Journey", "Nirvana", "Slipknot", & some more. I play videogames :3, ever since I was 6 or 7, I went through playing "Super Mario 64", "Paper Mario", "Goldeneye 007", "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time & Majora's Mask" & still playing them xD. I love reading books (something I can't dismiss), I've read all of William Shakespeare's books, and still readeing them. I'm an "Otaku" (if you don't know what an otaku is, ask Google xD), it means I love to read manga and to watch anime :P, watching some old and new stuff.
